We issue a proforma invoice. Once paid, we lock in your slot and arrange key collection along with your SPA layout plan.
The inspection
Our team spends 2–4 hours on site with thermal cameras and moisture meters. Join us at the end for a verbal briefing.
Your report
A photo-documented PDF, graded by severity, emailed within 3–5 working days — formatted for your developer to act on.

Before we arrive
Two things make the inspection possible: your utilities switched on (we can’t test sanitary or electrical fittings without water and power), and the layout plan from your Sale & Purchase Agreement. Book before any renovation starts — once work begins, developers can dispute what was defective and what wasn’t.
Where we inspect
Klang Valley, Penang, Ipoh, Seremban, Melaka, Johor Bahru, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu — and most towns in between. Travel outside the Klang Valley may carry a small transport surcharge, which we always confirm in the quote before you commit.
